Cleo Setori loves her pet fishes. One of them is called Pluto, who died of age, so Rikki gave her one that looked the same. And in honour of Rikki, Cleo named the new fish Hot Stuff.
Se also has a younger sister called Kim, who is really annoying. Her father, Don, is a fisherman but he has to work hard to keep things in order after her mother left.
Cleo is the most main character out of the 3, and if not for her, they all wouldn't have become mermaids in the first place. She can't swim, at first, and is the most good at hiding her tail, even in the middle of a party.
Cleo's power is to move water, shape it, however she likes. She can draw out extra water from just a drop, and she can move and levitate it around. After getting affected by a special full moon in season 2, she got the ability to control wind and hurricane.
